Apollo App Builder

Terms of use

Updated September 13, 2026

Apollo App Builder is operated by James Zampa. These terms describe use of the public website and the Apollo app. Please contact support with questions.

The service and beta availability

Apollo helps users create and improve mobile-app projects through connected AI tools and build services. It is currently in a limited beta. Access, supported integrations, and features can change. Planned paid tiers on this website are not a promise that those tiers are already available to your account. Your app’s displayed limits and any purchase terms shown at checkout determine the service available to you.

Your account and connected services

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the permissions and information you provide. Only connect services and submit files you are authorized to use. AI providers, Expo, Apple, Google, and other connected services have their own requirements, terms, fees, and usage limits.

Your projects and generated material

You remain responsible for your input and how you use your projects. Source export is available on every plan. Generated code may contain errors, vulnerabilities, or third-party material. Review code, licenses, dependencies, privacy behavior, and security before distribution or use. Apollo does not guarantee that an app will meet your requirements, be error-free, or receive app-store approval.

Project and usage-data licensing

You retain ownership of the rights you hold in your project source. When you save your data-selling preference with source-code licensing enabled, you authorize Apollo to reproduce, distribute and sublicense eligible source you have authority to license to third-party buyers for AI and large-language-model training and evaluation, research and commercial use. This license is nonexclusive: you may continue using and licensing your own projects. You do not grant rights that belong to someone else. Third-party license conditions still apply, and Apollo requires review of the source snapshot and the applicable rights before a licensing export.

Saving your preference with usage-data licensing enabled authorizes licensing of the limited activity counts described in our Privacy Policy. Apollo may receive payment from buyers; this program does not provide a payment or revenue share to participating users. Source-code and usage-data licensing are initially enabled in supported app versions. The Opt out of data selling control in Privacy Policy disables both categories.

Turning a category off ends authorization for future exports in that category. It does not revoke copies already delivered under a buyer license or undo completed model training. Do not include private information, confidential material or code you lack authority to sublicense. Your settings do not override another person's rights, applicable license restrictions, or legal requirements. Existing accounts without an acknowledgment remain excluded until a preference is saved for the current policy version; policy publication alone does not retroactively enroll them.

Safe-for-work apps and games only

Apollo supports safe-for-work apps and games, including useful tools, educational apps, puzzles, sports and non-graphic cartoon or fantasy action. Do not use it to create or distribute:

Ordinary health education, inclusive personal tools and nonsexual content are allowed. A person's identity alone is not a reason to restrict an app. You remain responsible for complying with applicable laws and the requirements of connected services.

Safety enforcement

These rules apply to requests, code, text, images, dependencies and remotely loaded content. Do not bypass safety checks or hide prohibited features behind age gates, encoded content, feature flags or later downloads. Do not bypass access controls, usage limits or other users' protections.

Apollo uses automated checks and may decline development, builds, sharing or publishing when an app does not pass. If a safety check is unavailable, the action may pause until it can be checked. Passing a check is not a guarantee of safety, legality or app-store approval. Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service or address misuse. To report harmful content or appeal a restriction, contact support.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are available in supported app builds. Before any paid purchase, you will see the price and recurring billing terms in checkout. See Billing & refunds for renewal, cancellation, plan-change, and refund-request handling. This website does not itself create a paid subscription.

Reliability and changes

Beta software may be interrupted or unavailable. Keep copies of important source and files. We cannot guarantee continuous availability or a particular development outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and contact

Our privacy notice describes how information is handled. Questions about the service, these terms, or your account can be sent through the contact details on our support page.
